6-Week Upper Body Burn (Women Only)



Want to gain STRENGTH. 6-Week Upper Body Burn: Improved Fitness, Greater Strength, Delay Ageing, Reduced Risk of Disease. Limited to 6 women per class. We take beginners or those who are working out but would like to learn more about lifting and getting results! You will not be alone, you will have a team, teammate and Karen King, A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. ­­

This class is designed for women who want to build some upper body strength and learn the process to be able to continue training long term. Have you tried to work out at home or in a big gym and get lost on where to start, when to increase your weights, not sure if your using proper form and how to eat to perform? If so, this class is for you. We take beginners or those who are working out but would like to learn more about lifting and getting results!


This program includes:

  • An expert trainer to train and teach you the fundamentals.
  • A full upper body workout.
  • A team and teammate to workout with.
  • Learn to spot your teammates.
  • Learn how to design your workout (when and how to increase your weights).
  • Learn proper form for each exercise.
  • Learn proper nutrition to help build lean muscle and burn fat.
  • Educational flyers, workout plan sheets and group discussions.
  • A fun environment, meet new like minded friends, and obtain a leaner, meaner you!

Cost of Upper Body Burn Program

Limited to 6 women per class.

Cost: $249

Starts: December 10th and ends on January 23rd. (No class Christmas Eve or New Years Eve)

Training: 2 days per week for 6 weeks.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm.


*Must not have any current upper body injures. We will be lifting heavy, but with correct, safe form.
