Whether you desire weight loss, better overall health or need to get past a training plateau, as your personal trainer, Matessa will create a fitness program that works best for you and who you want to be. She will guide and encourage you at every step toward your goals with personalized routines and strategies.
It is her passion to help you discover the love of exercise and how better fitness can make you happier, more confident and enrich your everyday life.
Working with individuals of all fitness levels who are interested in cardiovascular and muscular endurance training, body fat loss, muscular strength training, core and stability training and meeting their goals to a healthier happier life.
Matessa loves the challenge of Relay Races and has participated almost every year over the last 10 years in one. She has participated in the NW Ragnar Relay, Cascade Run Relay and Hood to Coast Relay. Other races include Columbia Gorge Marathon, Vancouver Lake Half Marathon and Get Bold Resolution Run.
Matessa enjoys weight training and has been an avid runner, participating in several organized running events for many years. She can’t wait for summer and being outside! She loves to read and is a huge football fan. Matessa's wonderful husband and three beautiful daughters are very supportive of her. She hopes to teach her girls to not be afraid to take on challenges and embrace all of life’s moments.
