At Bold Personal Training, we hire only professionally trained Personal Trainers who hold a Nationally recognized Certification and carry a First Aid/C.P.R. and A.E.D. Card. Our trainers are independent contractors so you will never get the high-pressure sales pitch.


Sessions include a full body composition and nutrition analysis. All of our trainers can provide you with an overall fitness plan to lose weight, gain muscle and provide overall wellness.
