PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We also provide a variety of fitness coaching packages designed to accommodate your preferences and budget. Choose one-on-one, semi-private, or group training for more individual instruction. We can help improve strength and overall fitness, tone and shape your body, increase mobility, prevent injury, and even assist in continued post-rehab improvements from surgery or trauma.

 SEASONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

 

At BOLD Training we make goals a reality! Train for a Triathlon with us..... or join us for Boot Camp in the Park. Love to run? Join our Run Club were you never have to run alone again! We can help train you train for any distance race such as a 5k, 8k, 10k, Half Marathon or even a full Marathon. We also organize a few local events ourselves such as the Resolution Run, Harvest Days Run and the North County Wine Run.


KIDS/YOUTH TRAINING

 

At BOLD Training our Youth is very important to our future. With our Youth Fitness class we train them proper form with light resistance weight training, practice functional training by using thier own body weight, work on plyometrics, balance, core and stability. A very popular youth class is our HIP HOP and Ballet Dance classes. We encourage chldren ages 12 & up to participate in Triathlon training as well!
