We welcome everyone from the ages of 10 and older. You will see teenagers attending the same classes as their parents, to the average 40 year old looking to lose weight and gain strength, and even several who are in their 60's and 70's! We love knowing all of our members names and welcome them to our Bold Family!

INGRI DEGROOTE made it as one of the top 5 of the 2013 Max Muscle Total Body Transformation competition. She will be on the Feburary 2014 Front cover and have a feature article on her!

1 Year 2 month transformation (April 19, 2012 - June 30th 2013) Ingri has lost 72 lbs, 25.1% body fat and gained 9.9% more muscle! As one of the top 5 she was flown to Max Muscle headquarters for a weekend of photo shooting. She is already in December's 2013 magazine and will be featured in January and then a full article in February. We are so proud of her dedication and motivation to stay focused and acheive her goal!

Group Exercise: Our class schedule offers all important components of physical fitness: strength training, cardio, stretching and mind/body relaxation. For a list of classes and description clck here.




We also provide a variety of fitness coaching packages designed to accommodate your preferences and budget. Choose one-on-one, semi-private, or group training for more individual instruction. We can help improve strength and overall fitness, tone and shape your body, increase mobility, prevent injury, and even assist in continued post-rehab improvements from surgery or trauma.

At BOLD Training we make goals a reality! Train for a Triathlon with us..... or join us for Boot Camp in the Park. Love to run? Join our Run Club where you never have to run alone again! We can help train you for any distance race such as a 5k, 8k, 10k, Half Marathon or even a full Marathon. We also organize a few local events ourselves such as the Resolution Run, Harvest Days Run and the North County Wine Run.



Our Youth Speed and Agility Training has been created to develop an explosive and well rounded athlete. Our program has been designed to enhance sport specific skills in basketball, football, baseball, soccer, hockey, track, volleyball, wrestling, and lacrosse. Our program has been designed to improve and build all aspects of each athlete that utilize the routine
