Going to a gym can be overwhelming. All the different equipment, stations and options available can leave you unsure of where to begin. This can make it difficult to stay with a regular workout program and really see the results you’re looking for. Whether you desire weight loss, better overall health or need to get past a training plateau, as your personal trainer, I will create a fitness program that works best for you and who you want to be. I will guide and encourage you at every step toward your goals with personalized routines and strategies.

Interests & Hobbies:
I enjoy weight training and have been an avid runner for many years having participated in organized running events for several years. I can’t wait for summer and being outside! I love to read and I am a huge football fan. I am supported by my wonderful husband and three beautiful daughters. My hope is to teach my girls to not be afraid to take on challenges and embrace all life’s moments.
Accomplishments: I love the challenge of Relay Races and have participated almost every year over the last 10 years in one, such as NW Ragnar Relay, Cascade Run Relay and Hood to Coast Relay. Other races include Columbia Gorge Marathon, Vancouver Lake Half Marathon and Get Bold Resolution Run.
