We firmly believe that the best way to manage one's life is to set goals. This is why we define with all our clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together, during our first consultation. We use these to develop a customized training program for each of our cleints, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.


Our Personal Trainers hold National Certifications in Personal Training and are First Aid Certified. We accept early to late evening and weekend appointments .

Weight Loss

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds but usually, just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. Your customized program will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.

Strength Training

The benefits of strength training are numerous! Most importantly for many, you will lose body fat more quickly by doing a strength training routine than you will by doing cardio alone. How can that be? First, strength training can increase your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate – the amount of calories your body burns regardless of any other variables) by 15%! And because muscle tissue is denser and more active than any other form of tissue in the body, it burns more calories per pound! The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn!

Cardiovascular & Endurance

Together, we can improve your physical shape. We train your body and use small steps to get you in the best shape of your life. This program is ideal for extreme sport athletes and runners training for longer runs.
